Instead of traditional muscle testing on specific meridians, my approach is centered around muscle movement analysis and studying movement patterns, in online sessions. This unique method allows me to tap into the body’s innate wisdom. As we work together, I gently observe your movements and how your muscles respond, unveiling imbalances and blockages within your body’s energy system.

It’s not about pinpointing meridians; it’s about understanding your body’s natural biomechanics and habitual postures. Your body communicates with me through these movements, and I often ask you questions like, “Can you feel the imbalance here?” or “Do you notice the difference when we work with single-sided movements?”

Our aim is to create a deep connection between you and your body’s language. We want you to listen to what your body is saying and understand it. It’s about empowering you to decipher this communication and make positive changes from within. By addressing the root causes we uncover, we can restore balance and equilibrium in your body, fostering natural healing and overall well-being.

Kundalini yoga is a spiritual practice that combines physical postures, breath control, meditation, and chanting to awaken the dormant energy within you. This practice can be a powerful ally in your health transformation journey. It’s not just about physical strength, flexibility, and balance, although it certainly helps with those. Kundalini yoga also addresses your emotional and mental well-being. Through it, we’ll stimulate your energy centers, fostering inner awareness, reducing stress, and enhancing vitality. In essence, Kundalini yoga is a holistic tool that can support your overall health and spiritual growth.

Journaling is like having a conversation with yourself, a safe space to explore and express your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. In your healing journey, it’s a valuable companion. By journaling, you’ll gain clarity, release pent-up emotions, and track your progress. It encourages self-reflection, self-discovery, and personal growth. It helps you identify patterns, set intentions, and document your holistic transformation throughout our 19-week program. It’s like a compass that guides you on your path to well-being.

From personalized movement patterns and nutritional guidance to meditation practices and stress relief techniques, the program offers a holistic approach to health. Life happens, and sometimes you might find yourself too unwell or injured to attend one of our live sessions. No worries. Just provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if possible. In cases where unforeseen medical circumstances prevent you from giving that notice, we’ll work together to find a solution. We might provide you with a replay of the session or make other arrangements to ensure you receive the support you need, even in challenging times.

We’ve designed our payment plans to make your journey as accessible as possible. If, for any reason, you miss a payment, please reach out to us as soon as you can. We’re here to support you, and we can discuss alternative payment arrangements to ensure your journey continues smoothly.
