My speciality is 1-to-1 coaching. I work with individuals and partnered clients — both corporate teams and romantic partners — to support not only your health and wellbeing, but the full unfolding of your creative human potential.
I have guided families through life’s most intricate challenges, helping relationships evolve for the greater good of all involved. Yet my most potent and intimate work is delivered one-to-one. In these sessions I bring every thread of my training — kundalini, kinesiology, functional strength, nutrition, somatic practice and energy medicine — woven together in a way that suits your pace and your outcome.
I am not cheap. That’s because I have spent my life apprenticing with who I consider masters in their fields to bring you the highest calibre of support. And I’ve learned something over 20+ years on this mission: when we make a genuine financial commitment to our personal growth and wellbeing, we show up more fully. We honour the process, we do the work, and transformation takes root in a way it rarely does when there’s no real investment.
I do, however, offer concessions for sincere seekers who lack resources but show real commitment to the path.
Every potential client receives a free 20-minute consultation before a programme begins. If your body and heart are calling you to book a Zoom, trust that impulse — bring it. I ask all clients to complete a short intake form before our conversation so I can prepare and connect with what will serve you best.
I work intuitively and selectively. I dedicate my energy to those I feel will benefit most, and therefore I only take a limited number of clients each year to ensure the highest level of care, attention and transformation.

What to Expect
Working with me is always personal to you. You are wonderfully unique — I would never mass produce anything on a conveyor-belt for my own gain. I see you, and that seeing is pivotal to everything I do.
In every session you receive all of my skills and training, applied in the way that feels right for you as an individual or for your partnership. We might come in from a strength-and-fitness angle with practical rehab, nutritional guidance and supplementation for aches, pains or chronic issues. Or we might open the heart and nervous system with Kundalini kriyas, breathwork, meditation and voice. Whatever doorway we use — movement, nutrition, energy medicine, or emotional clearing — the aim is the same:
• To help you find the truth of who you are.
• To encourage you to speak your truth and walk with purpose.
• To break old belief systems that no longer serve you.
• To meet you where your potential is truly at
…and of course to feel strong, feel confident in your body, and to shine true radiant health and wellbeing from the inside out
This is a whole approach — whole meaning holistic: body, mind, energy and heart brought back home to you. The journey is not always easy. Real change asks for courage, commitment and hard work. I plant seeds, hold the container, and guide you — but the transformation requires your dedication. In your call with me we take a deep dive into where you are at. Making this time about you, so we can evolve each component of what you need weekly.
In the time after our calls I integrate any changes required, and send you all relevant correspondence. Any differences made to your routine will be filmed, pictured and articulated to keep you up to date.
This is a jounrey that evolves with you every step of the way.

Q: How do I start?
A: Complete the Client Intake Form first — I ask that the form is submitted before I contact you to book a free 20-minute consultation. Please include your preferred date, time and time zone. I will then contact you directly to confirm using Google Calendar and we meet via Google Meet.
Q: How long until I hear back?
A: Please allow 9–13 days for me to review your application and respond. I give each application the attention it deserves, and I only take a limited number of clients to ensure the highest quality of support.
Q: What makes your work different?
A: I do not mass-produce programmes. Everything is personal to you. You receive the full breadth of my training — movement, rehab, nutrition, kinesiology, kundalini, energy medicine and intuitive guidance — woven together for your unique needs.
Q: Is this spiritual work? Do I need to be spiritual?
A: You do not need to be spiritual. This is practical, embodied work that meets you where you are — whether you want better strength, less pain, clearer thinking, emotional balance, or deeper creative and spiritual alignment.
Q: What happens in a session?
A: We co-design the session in real time. One session could include strength & mobility work, breath and kriya practices, movement sequencing, nutrition advice, remote energy work, and targeted protocols for specific symptoms. I use whatever combination suits your current needs.
Q: How long do people work with you?
A: It depends on each person. Some come for a short, intensive block; others stay for long-term transformation. Block booking reductions are available and recommended for deeper change.
Q: Do you offer concessions?
A: Yes. I offer concessions to people who demonstrate sincere commitment but lack full resources. Reach out honestly in your intake form and we can discuss options.
Q: How often can I message you?
A: You’ll have access to ongoing support via WhatsApp/Signal for daily check-ins and food logs. For deeper or more complex questions, we’ll save those for your weekly session so we remain focused and strategic.
Q: Will you use astrology or other assessments?
A: I can incorporate astrology, kinesiology, and other assessments if you want them. Time of birth and other details are optional — only provide what you’re comfortable sharing.
