Kundalini Yoga, often called the ‘Yoga of Awareness,’ is a profound and enriching practice that beckons us to explore the depths of our spiritual selves. Rooted in centuries of wisdom, this ancient practice offers a holistic approach to wellness, nurturing not only the physical body but also the mind and spirit.
Suitable for all ages, levels, abilities, and disabilities.

How Kundalini Yoga Works
Class Structure
Each class starts with the setting of a theme. The theme is a chance for us to set our own personal interntion for the duration of the class.
Each class is 75 minutes

We tune-in with the Adi Mantra to connect to the head, heart, and gut-brain using the Adi mantra, “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo,” translating to “I bow to the Creative Wisdom, I bow to the Divine Teacher within.”

Performance of a Kriya, a complete practice involving movement, breathwork, hand positioning in mudra, voice projection through Mantra, and deep relaxation in Meditation to achieve a state of bliss.

Closure with the words “Sat Nam,” meaning truth is my identity.
All mantras, tune-ins, and tune-outs are open for vocal participation or to be enjoyed through listening and feeling the experience.

Classes are filmed on request for those who have booked a block and are unable to attend due to sickness, travel or holidays. Please do let me know in advance where possible.

Finally all of our classes have a community social media page, allowing us to create a a sense of community in unity. I love organising beach and forest Kundalini Yoga Classes in the warmer months, and meeting up with clients for group social activities to cultivate our growth. I teach to facilitate a safe nourishing and nurturing environment that supports the connection of likeminded souls. Together we learn. Together we grow.
