It’s an honour to facilitate this sacred nourishing time for you. If you have found this class then you have intuitively been led to a place to discover the art of true alignment, and connection to self and all that is.
I graciously welcome you to this beautiful growing community of like-minded people. I encourage you to connect on live calls and set up group communication, so we continue to support and grow together outside of our class time together.
What you will need in preparation for this class:
A pen-paper/something you feel happy to journal on
Comfortable clothes
Water to hydrate if needed.
A space that feels comfortable for you (pets and kids are always welcome)
Mat and blocks are optional a towel and a good book (s) can work just as well.

Tune in mantra (you can just listen or join in)
Asana (movement practice) with a choice of asanas to suit your range of mobility at a pace that is right for you in each class.
Breathwork: We love using the breath of fire in Kundalini practice, sitali, and long deep breathing, you can always choose what feels right for you based on how you feel. Breath of fire is discouraged when menstruating and when pregnant)
Shavasana – Period of deep relaxation to absorb the effects of the krya (full practice)
Meditation with mudra and option of mantra/breath work
Journal time
Time to talk (unmuted, your chance to connect, communicate and share)
Prior to class:
Places need to be booked and paid no later than 1 day in advance to allow for a private Zoom link to be sent in time to attend.
